Day one of the Ghana Rugby Level One Coaching, Match Officiating, and FAIR (First Aid in Rugby) Courses.
This training took place in Accra, Ghana. Mr. Bwali Robert led the training for match officials, while Mr. Denver Wannies, Regional Training Manager for Rugby Africa and World Rugby, supervised the Level One Coaching Course. The Level One First Aid in Rugby training was conducted by Mr. Jimmy Ondiege and Mr. Joseph Kalazi.

South Africa's Nadine Roos ended the two rounds of HSBC Sevens Challenger Series as the top points scorer with a tally of 98. It was only in the final of the second tournament against Kenya that the 28 year-old did not get her name on the score sheet. Roos is also an accomplished 15's player and has represented the Women's Springbok team on 11 occasions. A talented athlete, netball player as well as Crosfitt participant.
